Since 1999, Tenafly High School students have actively contributed to the development of librarymedia.net, gaining practical experience in web design, UX design, coding, media production, and television broadcasting. This website, a dynamic learning tool, attracts tens of thousands of visits annually and provides students with opportunities to apply their creativity while developing real-world skills. Student involvement has led to innovations, making librarymedia.net one of the first school websites to feature embedded live and on-demand video, automated visual schedules, and an interactive learning platform. Through this work, students address user needs and implement aesthetic solutions to enhance the site's functionality. Many participants have pursued careers in media or leveraged these skills in other fields. As the digital portal for the Lalor Library Media Center, librarymedia.net is prominently displayed above the East and West entrances. The site is maintained by David Di Gregorio with student collaboration, while video content is posted by Dan Rispoli and students.
